About Stefanie Warren
We moved to the Key Peninsula in 2018 – onto undeveloped acreage to rough it while building a home. I’ve always enjoyed a challenge, so with no previous construction or property development experience, I set out to become my own general contractor. I learned a lot and even got the job done!
I came to know the KP and many of it’s amazing residents and organizations while working as the Operations Manager for the Key Peninsula Civic Center for four years.
Great organization and communication are the foundation for all of my work. The combination of my analytical skills along with my intuitive nature and creative approach enable me to find effective and efficient ways to accomplish almost anything!
